RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. For further information go to Returns & Refunds.
- Germany: One (1) free exchange to another size per order. Free returns for gift card. For refunds to your original payment method a DHL shipping fee of 5.99€ will apply. Alternatively, you can ship the package by yourself with a carrier of your choice.
- International Returns: Unfortunately, we can't offer free returns - you will be responsible for the cost of return and can ship back your package with the carrier of your choice.
Please try on all swimwear over underwear. For hygienic reasons, you can’t return swimwear bottoms, if the hygienic sticker is damaged or lost. If the returned products are NOT in perfect condition, and have any signs of wear such as stains, odor etc. your item can’t be refunded and will be sent back to you without a refund.
